The Full conference fee includes
Participation in official and cultural parts of the program;
Lunches and refreshments during breaks;
Transport: group transfers from and to the airport (Airport “Khibiny” Apatity/Kirovsk) or the railway station in Apatity, local transport service for conference events.
Please note: If you arrive to Murmansk Airport you will need an individual transfer to Kirovsk. Please, contact Natalia Shchebarova or Nadezhda Kumashova by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com or tel.: +7 960 020 1605 to book transfer from Murmansk Airport to Kirovsk no later than the 5th of November. The individual transfer is paid separately.

EUR 150 (VAT included) includes one expositional box of 4 m2, with 2,5 m of highness.
There is a possibility for the participants of the Conference to publish information about their companies in the “Service” section on this web-site.

Period of publishing: one year between conferences
The Correspondence Participation Fee includes
Publication of the company profile on the Web-site of the conference.
Please note that all payments are preferably made in advance in Euro. The invoice will be issued to the name of your organization after the register form is filled in.

The registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is received before the 1st of October,. No refunds will be made after this date.
