Due to the limited number of participants, registration for the IMIC BEAR is closed.
The Fee includes participation in formal and informal events within the conference, informational support, lunches, group transfers from and to the airport (Airport “Khibiny” Apatity/Kirovsk) or the railway station, local transport service, consecutive and simultaneous translation during sessions, hotel booking.
Note: trade show and matchmaking program is not included into the registration fee.

The fee includes materials, publication of the company profile on a Web-page of the conference.
Note: The Editorial Board takes a decision on proposed repots to be included into the conference programme.

NCCI assists participants in obtaining Russian Visa by issuing a Visa Invitation. After receiving a Visa Invitation a participant applies for a visa in his/her country. Please, note, you need to apply for the Visa Invitation no later than the 11th of October.
Note: Marking clauses 1-6 you agree that in case of late booking cancellation the cancellation fee is to be paid by applicant/participant. (according to the Rules of hotel services in RF, Chapter IIб clause 15a)
All the participants will be provided with simultaneous or consecutive translation during the sessions of the conference. If you need an individual interpreter, please, specify it in the graph below. An extra payment will be charged.
